I inform you that on October, 3-4rd 2009 ã. The seminar — meeting of board 2009–2010, districts 2220 takes place. Within the limits of a seminar we shall discuss the budget of committees, preparation of district for 20 anniversaries Rotary to Russia and other important questions on development of district in current to year. As you know, this year for us anniversary — Rotary in Russia 20 years. The program of this year has the every possible actions devoted to this date. Your participation in them has for us essentially çíà÷åíèå-moreover we wait from you for offers as you see celebrating anniversary year! One of the projects, dated by an anniversary, is release of an information publication devoted to the district project «Rotarians — to children of Russia»! It will be the original directory that we have made in this direction with brief histories of projects, photos. The set in Rotary Academy of leaders begins, training in which will be carried out in Russian. You will find conditions in the appendix and an application form about reception. In academy interested persons, but only under the recommendation of boards of districts, strategic committee of district 5010 and graduates of Academy — from among active Rotarians, already shown or proving in work are accepted not all.
All our work is spent on public principles, but has ripened necessity in symbolical at a rate of 1.000 rubles on urgent current translations, communication charges and, the most important on attributes for graduates (special badges, diplomas, T-shorts: now it was due to personal donations). We are glad to inform you that we start to accept calls and discuss candidates for the participation in Rotary summer youth camps. Usually there are only 1-2 places for the participants of one and the same country in each camp, that’s why if you want to send us your calls, please do it as quick as possible. The age of the participants is 15-25 years old. The cost of the participation is the trip to the camp and back + execution of visa + insurance + 3000rub. arrangement fee. In some camps perhaps you will need to pay some extra pay for the lease of the sport equipment. The last day of the call’s acceptance depends on the program, but no later than two weeks before the appointed in the database. We are waiting your calls from the 1st up to 23rd of April 2008.
